sainte lucie school, new construction
Ms. Hounida Boukendakdji, M. Arch., President of HB Architecture, oversaw the project planning management on behalf of the client, the Montreal School Board (Commission scolaire de Montréal – CSDM), for the construction of the new Sainte-Lucie School.
This school project stands out for its innovative architectural approach, placing the child at the heart of the design. Bright spaces, dynamic courtyards, and playful layouts were conceived to foster learning, well-being, and creativity among students.
Sainte-Lucie School is a shining example of a collective commitment to creating a public school that is innovative, functional, and deeply rooted in its community.
The project was carried out in close collaboration with:
-
BGLA Architecture + Urban Design (architecture),
-
EXP and GBI Services (engineering),
-
Projet Paysage (landscape architecture),
-
and the general contractor Groupe Geyser.
